I am a member and for many years was the secretary of The British Association of Therapeutical Hypnotists, an accredited member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, Registered with the Department of Health recognised Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and a member of the National Board of Professional and Ethical Standards. I have been a registered hypnotherapist since 1988. NHS National Independant Provider Code 8GQ20.

I have been practising clinical hypnotherapy for over 20 years and have a great deal of experience in assisting people to make the changes they want, be it stopping a habit such as smoking, dealing with problems of confidence, which covers everything from public speaking to blushing, or overcoming anxieties such as panic attacks and phobias. I also specialise in sports hypnotherapy, enabling people to reach their full sporting potential.
