STOPPING SMOKING

The use of hypnosis is probably the easiest and most effective way of stopping smoking and has a good success rate.

I have been practising hypnotherapy in Bracknell for over 20 years and have a great deal of experience in assisting people to make the changes they want, particulaly in helping many people to quit smoking. Hypnotherapy works because it uses the power of the sub-conscious mind to change your perception of smoking and to break the habit and addiction associated with smoking.

Stopping smoking is the single most important thing you can do to improve your health and live a longer and better life. Hypnosis is a natural method of improving your life and it will help you to stop cigarettes from controlling your life. You will no longer have to plan your day around where and when you can smoke, or spend over £2,400 a year if you smoke 20 cigarettes a day. There are no benefits to smoking, it does not relax you, nicotine is a stimulant and makes you more tense - the benefits of stopping smoking are too numerous to mention. Hypnotherapy may also be helpful in addressing concerns about weight gain.

The majority of people have one session to stop smoking although some people need the security of a booster session. I charge £70 per session and payment can be made by cheque or cash. The length of each session is about an hour.
